Paddy Keenan Comes to the Irish Centre
Generally acknowledged as the most accomplished Uilleann piper performing today. Paddy is certainly one of the most brilliant musicians of his generation. Paddy’s style has continued to mature in the intervening years since the break-up of The Bothy Band. The Bothy Band of which Paddy was a co- founder, changed the face of Irish Traditional music in a way that had never been heard before. Their driving rhythm section merging with traditional Irish tunes left a marked impression on anyone who was fortunate enough to see them live.
This is one show not to be missed, once seen never forgotten.
